Considering ‘BrOTHERHOOD’ was only shown on 220 cinema screens, it’s an impressive accomplishment to debut at number #2 in the UK Box Office.
Taking first however is Seth Rogen’s animated movie ‘Sausage Party’ which was featured on more than double the screens as ‘BrOTHERHOOD’. Lionsgate CEO Zygi Kamasa commented –
“We’re thrilled with these results which show that Noel and his team made a relevant and authentic film which spoke beyond its core audience. The success of the film also proves that a British film can cut through a crowded market and deliver solid results when an audience is engaged.”
‘BrOTHERHOOD’ is available in theatres now and stars the likes of Bashy, Stormzy and of course, Noel Clarke.
